Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order free of charge until our delivery partner picks it up. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellations are not possible.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • Item not delivered or out of stock.
  • Item delivered is damaged, expired, or incorrect.
  • Order cancelled before dispatch.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Fresh produce, dairy, frozen items, and personal-care products that have been opened or used are not eligible for refund unless damaged on arrival.

4. How to Raise a Refund

Report the issue within 2 hours of delivery via the "My Orders" page or email paandug82@gmail.com with order ID and photo of the issue.

5. Refund Timelines

  • UPI / Wallet: 1–2 business days.
  • Cards / Net Banking: 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery: refunded as JangaonMart wallet credit or bank transfer within 7 days.

6. Partial Refunds

If only part of your order is affected, a partial refund is issued for that item plus a proportional share of delivery charges if applicable.
