Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Service Area

We currently deliver within Jangaon town and nearby villages covered under pincode 506167. Coverage is being expanded — enter your pincode at checkout to confirm serviceability.

2. Delivery Time

Typical delivery time is 15–30 minutes for in-stock items during operating hours (7:00 AM – 10:00 PM). Orders placed outside these hours are processed the next morning.

3. Delivery Charges

• Orders above ₹699: Free delivery.
• Orders below ₹699: flat ₹29 delivery fee.
• Late-night or rain surcharge may apply (shown at checkout).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you can track its status in real-time under "My Orders". Our delivery partner will call you if they have trouble locating the address.

5. Failed Deliveries

If the customer is unreachable or unavailable at the delivery address, the order is returned to the store. A re-delivery fee of ₹30 may apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. Report any damaged or missing items within 2 hours via "My Orders" or email paandug82@gmail.com.
