Welcome to JangaonMart. By accessing or placing an order on our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Area
JangaonMart provides hyperlocal grocery and daily-needs delivery within Jangaon district, Telangana (pincode 506167 and surrounding serviceable areas). Orders outside our delivery zone cannot be fulfilled.
2. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
3. Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.
4. Delivery
We aim to deliver within 15–30 minutes for in-stock items. Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, traffic, or peak demand. The customer must be available at the delivery address; failed deliveries may incur re-delivery charges.
5. Product Quality
Fresh produce is sourced daily. Minor variations in weight, size, or appearance are normal. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, raise a concern within 2 hours of delivery.
6. Payments
We accept UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where available). Online payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on JangaonMart — logos, text, images, and design — is the property of JangaonMart or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
JangaonMart's total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jangaon, Telangana.
10. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
